Player FAQ

Yes. Save data for all OpenBoxAI titles is linked to your account and stored on our servers, so you can continue playing by signing in to the same account on your new device. If you previously played as a guest without linking an account, contact support with the in-game UID from your original device and your proof of purchase, and we will help you recover your data.

First restart the game and check your network connection; in most cases the system will deliver the item automatically. If it still has not arrived after 30 minutes, send your in-game UID, order number (App Store or Google Play receipt ID) and time of payment to support@openboxai.com.cn. Our support team will investigate and resolve it within 24 hours.

The mainland China versions are integrated with the National Press and Publication Administration's real-name verification and anti-addiction system for online games. Permitted play hours, daily play time, and per-transaction and monthly spending limits for minors follow the regulator's requirements. Overseas versions follow local age rating standards. See Parental Controls below for details.

We welcome player creations. Non-commercial streams, recordings and fan works do not require a separate application, provided you credit the game title, avoid misleading promotion, and do not distribute cracked builds or cheats. For commercial promotion, merchandise or brand collaborations, please contact creator@openboxai.com.cn to request a licence.

Submit them through the feedback channel in our official community, or email support@openboxai.com.cn with your game version, device model, UID, steps to reproduce, and screenshots or a recording. Feedback goes directly to the design and development teams, and resolved items are listed in each version's patch notes.

OpenBoxAI maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards cheating, third-party hacks, abusive speech and infringement.

Hacks and cheating: include the player's UID and video evidence; verified cases are handled under our rules
Fake official channels: if you find accounts or websites impersonating OpenBoxAI, email pr@openboxai.com.cn
